Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect the package, or any reason not attributable to iWellora, additional return shipping or handling charges may apply.

Customs & Import Duties
