Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
We proudly offer free shipping on eligible orders.
However, if you choose to return your order for reasons other than a confirmed manufacturing defect, a $30 Return Processing Fee applies to help cover international return handling and logistics.
Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a secure payment link for the $30 Return Processing Fee.
After payment has been received, we will provide the return address for our inspection facility in Spain.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product and shipping it according to the instructions provided by our support team.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:
Be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Include all original accessories.
Be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Not show signs of intentional damage, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
Products returned without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not function as intended, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us evaluate the issue quickly, we kindly ask you to provide:
Clear photographs showing the problem; and/or
A short video demonstrating the issue.
If the defect can be clearly verified from the evidence provided, iWellora reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or issue a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
No Return Processing Fee will apply to approved warranty claims.
If the issue cannot be verified based on the photos or videos provided, or if no evidence is submitted, we may request that the product be returned to our inspection facility in Spain for technical inspection before approving any warranty claim.
In such cases, return instructions will be provided after the claim has been reviewed.
Every iWellora® product is backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects occurring under normal consumer use.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, iWellora may, at its sole discretion:
Repair the product;
Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model; or
Issue a full refund.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents
Misuse or abuse
Improper handling
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Cosmetic wear resulting from normal use
Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions
Every warranty claim is individually reviewed by our Customer Support team.
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Digital guides
Exercise programs
PDF downloads
Educational resources
Online wellness materials
Digital memberships or downloadable content
Once a digital product has been purchased, delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available electronically, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Exceptions may only be considered if:
The incorrect digital product was delivered; or
A verified technical issue permanently prevents access to the purchased content and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) and Return Processing Fees are non-refundable.
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard Return Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
iWellora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or any reason not caused by iWellora, any refund issued will be subject to:
The applicable Return Processing Fee;
Any return shipping costs charged by the carrier.
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and as quickly as possible.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases.
